NotiMate terms of use
Updated 23 October 2026
NotiMate helps collect and review work information and present clear results. Scope, cost, available functions and onboarding terms are agreed separately with each client.
1. Operator and agreement
The service is provided by Aspan Works LLP, BIN 260940021959, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Contact: aspanworks@inbox.ru. These general service limits do not replace an accepted order or agreement. A website enquiry does not automatically create a work connection.
2. Onboarding and configuration
We discuss the process and agree scope, cost, access, data handling and acceptance criteria. We then configure the business and approve staff requests. Additional integrations and changes are assessed separately before work starts. Functions and channels are agreed for each business.
3. Review of information and results
AI may make errors, miss information or extract fields incorrectly. Check originals before important financial, employment, legal or stock decisions. Extracted text is not a confirmed transaction; sending is not reading; a staff completion message is not always a closed task. Agreed review rules apply.
4. Client responsibilities
The client ensures permission to share work information, required staff notices, current roles and access revocation, reviews results, and keeps primary documents and backups. NotiMate does not replace POS, ERP, PMS or professional accounting and legal review. Do not use it as the sole basis for critical decisions.
5. Data
Processing is described in the privacy notice and client agreement. Data location, providers, access, retention, return/deletion and incident contacts are agreed before live input.
6. Delivery, availability and support
Messengers, AI providers, hosting, connectivity and client settings affect availability and timing. Error-free or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Redelivery, errors and unknown outcomes follow agreed rules; support and recovery terms are stated in the agreement.
7. Change, termination and responsibility
Material scope and price changes are agreed before application. Termination, payment, return/deletion and liability arrangements are set in the agreement subject to mandatory requirements. Terms do not remove rights that cannot be limited by agreement. Contact the operator with questions.
